1830 Chophouse will be hosting quarterly events with local YouTube creators Scotch 4 Dummies to explore some interesting bottles from around the world. They hope to showcase different ways to produce whiskey both in the United States and throughout the world. We hope you will join us for the first tasting on January 16th where the tasting will include bottles from Kentucky, India, Scotland, and Ireland. We will sample offerings from Blue Run, Paul John, Glendronach, and Green Spot and talk through our impressions of the spirits and the factors that contributed to the flavor. The climate and casking methods will be on display and the results are interesting and delicious.
