Our feature this weekend is Atlantic Swordfish. This is a mild fish with a firm texture that is perfect for our grill. We baste it with our Garlic Thyme Butter and serve it on a bed of roasted vegetable cous cous with Mediterranean tomato relish. Stop by and try one before they are gone!
