Shawn is a trained chef that has worked at many fine dining concepts throughout the United States but has made the Indianapolis area his home.  He is well versed in multiple types of cuisine and has managed events from intimate in-home gatherings up to large corporate events with hundreds of guests.  His goal is to make your event memorable for your guests and worry-free for you.
